Day 3 - We're really doing it har

I took a lot of pictures today! Here are my thoughts on them

Today I took off beloved 85mm and put on my 50mm to hopefully get some more pulled back shots... well that didn't really happen.  I try to blame it on my house being cramped and messy, but  I just think I naturally prefer to shoot close in. 

She is screaming right now- hasn't taken a good nap yet today and it is past 3... oh hum hum, I should have read a book - poor girl...

love her callic (sp check).. she also has one on the front that I'm obsessed with, I call it her swirl.

Still trying to figure out my editing style.  Once I think I found it, I learn something new and then get confused again!!  The clarity in her eyes is from good lighting. I also shot at a smaller aperture... I did pretty good with getting her ears in better focus.

 did I mention that this is her play pen/cage : )  Tyler ordered it and set if up in such a fun, cute way for her. She loves pulling herself up and standing while holding on for dear life.

She is very curious - VERY! She is always soaking up every inch her environment.

She is by far the winner of every staring contest.  I think I added a little too much warmth back in in this one compared to the one above it.

My beautiful Belle fell asleep finally, now I need to sleep because I am working a night shift tonight : /

Day 2!

So happy I made it to the second day! Couldn't decide which one I liked best. Isabelle loves her green beans!  Still working on not getting "fuzzy" ears!

So I haven't written on here since the baby was born.. oops!  I must say that having a baby is a lot more time consuming for me than working full time as a nurse was.  I love it so much and it is so fulfilling.  

Today I got inspired to start a 365 project... As far as I understand it, I will take/edit/post one picture everyday. I really want to document Isabelle's life as she is rapidly growing!  I also want to be able to see my progress in photography.  Ps  I need a new blog!!!! (working on it!)

Here is my sweet, perfect Isabelle - 7 months already!
